Feeder Primary Workshop 2 at Wrangle Primary School
Carol Parker the Giles School Community Arts Officer visited Wrangle Primary School to deliver a workshop with Year 4children.
Feeder Primary Workshop 3 at Tower Road Primary School
Carol Parker the Giles Community Arts Officer delivered a one day environmental art workshop at Tower Road Primary for 90 Year 1 children with Miss Fisher, Year 1 teacher.
Feeder Primary Workshop 1 at St Marys RC Primary
Carol Parker, Giles School Community Arts Officer, visited St. Mary’s School to deliver a workshop to Year 4. Fiona Shaw, year 4 teacher, had expressed a wish for the day to link in with work they were doing on the Vikings and with Carol’s guidance had decided on the art form of hand rolled felt and papier mache.

Diwali Celebrations 2009
Flexible Day 2
After the very successful flexible day celebrating Diwali in 2008 the Giles invited the Art Company Manasamitra to hold a second flexible day.
Feeder Primary Workshop 4 Butterwick Primary School
Carol Parker the Giles Community Arts Officer visited Butterwick Primary School to deliver a workshop with Year 3children. Carol delivered two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon with 10 children in each.

Haven Art Exhibition
As a follow up to the Boston Online Timeline project started in January 2009an art exhibition has been arranged by the football club to take place at the Haven Gallery, in Boston.
This exhibition opens on the 22nd January and showcases all eighteen of the portrait paintings.

Hats on Heads
On the 26th February the Giles School Art Department held a workshop for pupils and teachers to teach them how tho make novelty hats in preparation for two projects the Mad Hatters Tea Party and the Alice in Wonderland themed float being showcased at the Spalding Flower festival.
